I'm a wonderful baker & a Mom. I'm a lil' obsession with chocolate, so I figured why not blog about it. I am the Owner of Jensina's Bakery at http://JensinasBakery.blogspot.com, it is my in-home cookies, cake & cake pops business. FYI: I am no longer selling cookies at the BattleGround Farmers Market, Jen's Sweets is closed. Jensina's Bakery is now OPEN.

OREO (No Bake) Cookie Pops!

Making these cookie pops is alot like making any other pops, but there is no baking required.
You'll need 1 pack of your favorite Oreo cookies, a food processor, a can of store bought frosting, an ice cream scoop, a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, gloves, lollipop sticks, baggies and twist ties to close them.
1st - process the cookies.
You'll end up with a big bowl of ground up cookies, add in 1/2 the can of frosting.
Put your gloves on and mix very well. If the mixture does not form a sturdy ball, add more frosting to the mix.  If the mixture is too gooey, grind up a few more Oreo cookies and add them to the mix.
It will look like this when you finished.
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop balls of cookie dough onto your cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roll the scooped dough.
Use a lollipop stick to pre-poke the hole, these cookie pops are a little harder then cake pops. Then, pip the stick into your chocolate and place back onto the cookie sheet.
And into the freezer for 15 minutes.
You will dip these in the same manor as cake pops... no explanation needed.
I choose to decorate these Oreo cookie pops by dipping them into crushed Oreos.

Yum!
Here is what you'll need to decorate these: White coating chocolate, crushed Oreos cookies.
