I'm a wonderful baker & a Mom. I'm a lil' obsession with chocolate, so I figured why not blog about it. I am the Owner of Jensina's Bakery at http://JensinasBakery.blogspot.com, it is my in-home cookies, cake & cake pops business. FYI: I am no longer selling cookies at the BattleGround Farmers Market, Jen's Sweets is closed. Jensina's Bakery is now OPEN.

  4                    eggs
1 1/2 cups       flour

1 tsp.               salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray your baking dish with PAM; set aside.
Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt; set aside.
Whisk the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Whisk in the eggs until well blended.
Gradually stir the dry mixture into the chocolate mixture until blended.
Spread the batter evenly into baking dish.
Bake until an inserted knife comes out clean, about 30 mins.
Remove from oven, and cool pan before removing from then pan.

You wont need to sift the dry ingredients, just whisk them. Its a bakery secret.

             Begin by chopping the maraschino cherries in your food processor.
             In the bowl for your standing mixer, cream the butter and
             about 1/2 the powdered sugar with your paddle attachment.
             Add cherries and the remaining 1/2 of the powdered sugar;
            cream until fully incorporated.  In small portions add the milk;
            and 1/2 can of cherry juice, mix until fully incorporated.

 Yummy!

           Here is how you'll make the green toasted coconut and shredded white cheese-

           Mix about a 1/2 teaspoon of green food coloring with 1/4 cup of water to dilute.
           Mix in a small bowl with the toasted coconut.
           Spread evenly onto the cookie sheet covered with parchment paper and broil about 10 minutes.
           (I over did mine and most of it burnt)

          Shred the white chocolate as if you were shredding cheese. Its very easy.
