OMG!
I just bought myself a CHOCOLATE PRO from Amazon.com This will mean -no more double broiler- to melt chocolate. It will make things 100x easier to dip cake pops. I was watching videos on YouTube about dipping cake pops and everyone has the chocolate pro. Until it comes in the mail, I'm going to try using my mini sauce crock-pot, maybe it will work.
